I watched nate get the steering lock plate off in less than 2 minutes or so on two different festy's. isn't hard

I'd think this would be a bushing for a brake line, steering, heater, that goes through the body since it has TWO grommets holding it in place.

and it'd definitely not be the big bushing on the beam that goes from the beam to the 3-bolt plate/bracket.

wow. I figured later maybe it was the bushing in the LCA. I just figured they wouldn't put this bushing in there with metal rotating against it.

Its stationary in the beam, the center has a metal bushing which should pivot on the pivot bolt unless its siezed up like some Ive seen.

gotcha. I haven't taken apart any of the three beams that I've messed with. and the metal sleeve would make sense.

Are they the pieces/handles that allow you to move the front seats forward or backwards, a plastic cover screws to them.

I'm guessing something to do with the underseat tray?

wondering why there are worn areas (seen on the left side of the pic) plus you named it "brkt" lol

yes

Those are the tabs for the underseat tray rails. I cut them off the insides of the seat, and ground off the welds. I believe the thread size is 5mm.
