wow. I figured later maybe it was the bushing in the LCA. I just figured they wouldn't put this bushing in there with metal rotating against it.

Its stationary in the beam, the center has a metal bushing which should pivot on the pivot bolt unless its siezed up like some Ive seen.sigpic
