Received a Tan Cargo cover from Ogrekhan yesterday. Dyed it grey today, did a few minor repairs( stapeled cover , fixed rod) & put it in 'Tiva. Still need the hardware & cords. It looks GREAT!!:glasses7:
Quick exhaust fix using thin rolled sheet metal and 2 hose clamps to get me by until I can weld it back together at work tomorrow. Drove it to town to pick up some plumbing supplies. Yay running water!

Yesterday, installed my flywheel and clutch along with the trans I got from Jerry (thanks!) on the motor and dropped it all back into Chuck. Then quick (15 min) headgasket replacement and started putting things back together. Realized that I didn't have a new throttle body gasket (which apparently the parts stores all call TBI gasket?) so I had to put in on hold till today when I'll be picking up a new one. Depending on what time I get off work tonight he may be running tomorrow morning, but should be by the weekend at the latest
^^ Switch no, though early ('88-'92) 626/MX6 switches are plug and play, I've heard also some 323s and Tracers as well but I've never used them. The mirrors plug right up, have to cut about 3/4" or so off the bottom to bolt on, and only two bolt holes line up. You can drill the third, but I never found it necessary (the springs in the mirrors take up most of the shock if it gets bumped).
