A hard roller and ink or several coats of thin latex would keep it crisp.

I am in Texas but as I don't use her on a daily basis I couldn't do a week long test.

Thanks. I sent one out to FestYboy to give a test. I just hope the little screws can hold up under the strain and weight. We shall see. I could use more infill on the plastic to make it sturdier I have been only using 32% infill to try and save on filament and time printing them out.

Ahh the 90's where they preferred ash trays to cupholders

So if it does work out you have a definite price?

I think $10 would be a fair price plus you would have to pay for shipping which is $2.67. So to round it all off $13 including shipping. Sound fair to you? It takes around $3.00 of plastic to make and about 5 hours to print both pieces.

Sounds fair here. I'll take a black one when the design is finished and they become available.

What about the other part. Is that included or an extra? You said it fit snugly

I do think that having the word festiva raised instead of cut out would make it more structurally sound.

Yep thats included. It hangs on the cupholder and can be removed. Depends on how tight you tighten down the holder. I don't like tightening it down to tight because it might crack the plastic. I am going to up the infill amount to make it even sturdier. We will see if this design hold up or not pretty soon. FestYboy is going to give it a good going over. Only thing I'm worried about is it cracking at the screws. It is pretty sturdy and I think it should be fine as long as its used like it should be.
