Retrieving Trouble Codes from OBD I Systems

Circled in red is the sti connector on my 1992 efi manual trans. The green tape on the wire was so i know for sure which one it is.
The connecter with the orange arrow going to it is the tachometer signal. Thats why i have a wire coming out of it, that goes to the tach on my dash.
