      First check to make sure the "HEAD" fusible link is good. It's the brown one on the right.

        The relay is located behind the headlight on the drivers side. Is can be swapped with the running light relay located on the passenger side in the same spot.
        They tend to rust up over the years and stop making contact even if the still click . Most autoparts stores will have a relay that will work instock. But it's easy to check by swapping in the running light relay.

          William I understand about you and I having the rust problems here in the rust belt, but this guy is from Mexico, maybe just burnt out anyway good solid advice for him.
          An idea can turn to dust or magic, depending on the talent that rubs against it.
