    Every timing belt I've did I put the timing belt on the crankshaft pulley first. Then halfway on the tensioner and usually takes a screwdriver to force it on the camshaft pulley. It's tight and a pain but once you do it a couple times it's nothing.

      DONE!!! All I had to do was loosen the tensioner a hair. Call me crazy, but I feel like it is running BETTER than before. We'll see how she does on teh route tonight.

        OK, look forward to you reporting results.
        It is possible it is running better!
        Just make sure you got both static and dynamic timing set correctly.

          Static and dynamic???


          And she did great!!!! She is REALLY needing some front pads, though. We'll see if I can even bust the wheel bolts off.
