so i did the same thing you are doing now a year ago! dont do it!!!! i am 20 i own 1/4 of a small house and i drive a festiva. i have lived on my own for 2 months now and it sucks balls. i should have payed cash for a ls460 and bought a bunch of blow dont buy a house such a waste of money
