I think I am going to get the material to fab up a rear brace to sell. The Rod will be from aluminum and the brackets from 4130 alloy. Both sides will be threaded and will adjust in/out of the tube. I am still not sure on the price probably somwhere in the $70-80 ranged shipped. If people really want these I will try to make some up to bring to Ohiostiva at a discounted rate since I won't have to pay for shipping obviously.

one of these days when i get one of my festivas running i should stop by i really like what you have done with it. If you ever want some help drop me a line. I would buy one of those strut bars, did it make a difference handling wise?

That would be cool if you stopped over. I think it made a difference, especially in hard cornering,

What do you guys think about these wheels on an aspire swap with coil overs(homebrew kybgr2 type) & 195/45-15 NEXEN N3000's?

will it clear the suspension & whatnot? I don't mind if I have to roll the fenders a bit but I would rather not have to use spacers.

I think this is the look I am going to go for (minus the mirrored tint). Doesn't look too bad for me tweaking Pronst4rs version with Microsoft paint.

Still not sure if I want to stick with the red or go with the Gloss Grass Green.
                      Green is my favorite color.

                      What do you guys think?

                        Looks good Ty!

I love red on certain cars. Festiva's are no exception! But that green looks promising too.

I've been working pretty hard on the ride. Bought some gloss safety red rustoleum professional enamel and a $40 hvlp gun. I've been trying to strip the car for paint and weld up some holes. So far I have the fuel door lock shaved. I am still working on the antenna shave. Welding with flux cored wire on this car isn't fun. I will post some pics soon for you folks to see.

How is the fuel door going to stay closed once it shaved? I did the same thing on my car but i haven't got it put back on yet and i was just going to get a magnet to put onto the inside and the magnet would grab the door. This seems like the cheapest and easiest but would like to see how you do it...

My hinges are pretty stiff so I think It will stay shut on its own but I need to experiment with the magnet thing. I will look at some cabinet door hardware at the store when I go back.

Hey folks. I am going tomorrow morning to pick up a better driver side door for my car. Any tips/tricks on the install?
