    It's a family members car. He's had so many mustangs, I know no thunderbirds were harmed in the making. Think of all the cars that were donated to make my festiva

    91 protege.....body was mint. I took b8 and scrapped it.
    94 escort gt....body was rusty... same as above
    91 capri xr2....I needed a tranny...sold alot of the rest

    Understood. I have as much interest in a 87/88 t-coupe, as i do a fox body. This car is actually built from t-coupe available parts. A lot of after market stuff. Eslinger(sp?) head. Tube manifold, megasquirt, 60 lbs. injectors, 60 mm t3/t4. I don't think he took anything from a t-bird.

    The main problem I have with mustangs is the number of nice turbo coupes that get torn apart for swaps. A wrecked car Im fine with but there's a lot of nice ones that get the axe for the way more common fox stang.

    I have some pics and such of the "said" project. It's already in the family.

    2.3L, megasquirt, 60mm turbo. Made 400+ hp and 480ish ft/lbs. on race gas
