    That's a lot of power for a used 1.8

Seems like the easiest way to go. But Daniel said he kidded the axle, I wanna know what that's all about!

    edit, it was $50.

Thing only had 60k on it and was pulled from a bus that had a cracked manifold. The new manifold came with a new turbo.

True but I look at it as flywheel HP, so after drivetrain loss etc it'd work out closer to 7hp per 1lb/min

So yeah, it's capable of something like 400 reliably.

I prefer to count it as 7hp/lb/min, to get a minimum line instead of hoping for unobtanium.

I'm curious what ya'll are doing to mod the axles, I'm assuming you mean somehow shorten them to the width of the festiva? Because the protege G axles are too wide. I'd love to be able to somehow mod a pass side escort/protege axle to work in a festiva, so I can use the escort halfshaft with the BP instead of having to mod up the Capri shaft to it.

I figured that there really isn't much info on Holset turbos on here. I came across on the dsmtuners and found some really good info on mostly all of the popular Holset turbos. HX35: The 8blade hx35 has a 56mm compressor inducer. This is found on 1995-1998 cummins manual pickups. The...
