Oh and by utilizing one of my hookups, we got ourselves some FRPP 34lb/hr fuel injectors en route.

My bank account/girlfriend is about to kick me in the testicles.

Why only 34lb injectors? Stock BPT are something like 30lb. Doesn't seem like much of an upgrade.

High impedance 6 nozzle spray pattern. Atomization that will blow away old tech injectors: deliver MUCH better fuel delivery. In effect, better driveability, phenomenal consistency (read: less injector failure-related blow ups) and more power.

I have 8, I'm going to sell the other 4 WITH pigtails (hint hint)...

These are AT series connectors. Some assembly required. Most of (all?) the wiring runs down to the bulkhead connector he's using.

[This is a pdf] from digikey that goes into detail about them.

                I have 7 - 850cc (80ish lb/hr) injectors.... I'll probably never need to use them lol

                • The flange arrived, so I had to do a bit of test fitting. Looks like I'm ordering a V-band exhaust housing flange as well.

BernieM drew up the prelim dash layout for the wiring. He's gonna clean it up on an EE program and create a diagram tomorrow.

They don't, LOL!!! We are going to bevel cut the flange off the BP26 manifold and weld on the T3 flange. It'll help kick the turbo away from the block some as well.

In the pic you'll notice I had to pull the exhaust elbow off to get some mock-up. The SVO/Turbocoupe turbo aims the exhaust directly at the block, so I had to re-group. I ordered the v-band exhaust housing which will allow me to rotate the exhaust any which way I want.

It looks like this and bolts to the back where you see the exposed exhaust wheel:

I chose to stayinternally gated (wastegate still rod-operated) for now. I'll port the housing and that should do fine for the time being.

Any time you can give me 2-3 hours to yank the motor, let me know. Evenings are free except Wednesdays.

                            • Ok gottcha is that flange cast iron? And does that turbo use water coolant also? Seems like a big oil drain 90 elbow? Or are they just that big ? Thx-
