    I'm actually keeping the carb. I am gonna be running a Weber 32/36 dgev. I have a wide band o2 and also running a vacuum gauge

    Balancing is awesome. When everything is balanced it makes it easier to get things rotating. It wastes less energy so more power goes into acceleration. Which in theory increases torque. It also increases the longevity of an engine build by putting less strain on parts. It's an awesome thing to do when building an engine.

    I've been wanting to do a n/a b3 build for quite some time I would love too see how this all turns out. Will you be using the stock computer and injectors etc?

    how did you find out about the arp studs? i saw you talk about it in your thread about matts work. which arp studs do i get?

    yeah they balance the whole rotating assembly. they do the crank pulley, crank, flywheel, pressure plate. they also balance the pistons and connecting rods.

    Balance it? like balance the pressure plate to the rotating assembly? that seems a bit extreme but I dont know that much about balancing.

    yes i did i had to give it to the machine shop to balance it also... it seems pretty darn good looks nice lets hope it performs well

    I think it'll sound even better then a ducati... I already got a stage 2 spec clutch, that was the only stage 2 clutch I could find
