Do you have the part number on the hatch vent? How do you replace it? Mine was crushed and missing gasket.

You just push it in. Or pull it out first then push it back in. I swear I just saw how that looked, and it's the only way I can explain it.

Oh, and there are nubs on the edges of the outward facing end that you just pry inward to release it. But beyond that it's just pull it out and push it back in. And it'll pop into place. I used silicone around my original parts to seal it. My gaskets were gone too.

Sketchman has it right! They are a little awkward to get out but I think that's partly because it's not a part that would typically be removed.

Right side: MD00151920A
Left side: MD00151940A

Dude, this build is going pretty awesome so far. I'm hoping within the next 6 months
to be moving into a house with a garage where I can do this to mine as well, but yours
is giving me a lot of ideas

I've been considering white wheels actually! My current wheels are silver and look good on the red car. I have an extra pair of matching ones which might just see some white paint soon.

Started transferring bits from the old intake manifold....



to the nice new powder coated one...



Picked up some more aqua paint today and got some work done on the front bumper. Just placed orders with Fourgreen and Rockauto.
