have put my build on hold cuz its hard to get parts with out transportation soo I bought a motorcycle so I I can go buy pparts makes sence to me haha but ill buy every thang next week including a welder to make motor mount, eeexhoust and all the other odds and ends

BUT I had an idea for the cold air intake, I'm going to put a real hood scoop on , reason because I'm going the have the huge cold air intake center of the motor facing the frount with a 3 way pvc valve the main goes to the throttle body. Then the throttle boddy and the other secondary I can have it directed to the inside of the car through the opening on the ppassenger side above the shock towerr so it won't. Flood the motor when I go through water sry if it don't quite make sence ill get it built and ill post it but I lade out the pvc pipe and it looks sick but to build it its like $100 not to bad for a ajustible 2 way air intake

Well I'm back! Been bizzy with navy and working. But bought and sold a car and bike which now funds my build. I have been looking for an ecm from an escort gt and no luck, going to look around junkyards in kc tomorrow still not shure if that's the only thang I need to get it running cuz it starts with festiva ecm with starting fluid but just bairly runs, also getting a welder to finish my motor mount and cradle mount, getting custom exhoust next week ANY IDEAS? But after that I should be able to take it for a spin around the block cross my fingers so I can take it to the exhoust shop Tuesday

And I'm just wondering there any one know someone in kc that's done a bp swap just incase I have missed somthing and have someone with expearance help out?

Dude your grammar is so bad it hurts to read your posts, I think I read something about needing an Ecu? If you figure out you need a bp09 and figure out the letter on the VAF you need to go with it message me, I have both.

I said if *you* figure it out because I can't remember if bp09 is actually the one you need.

I have no idea what you just said but you should do a little research and figure out which Ecu and VAF comes on a stock Bp and message me. I already know what you need, it took a whole 10-15 minutes of searching, and I'm 95% sure I have what you need but you gotta help yourself out before I'm gonna help you. Hell if you can't afford the price of shipping from me to you you can't afford to pay ebay prices either.

Well I removed the engine, cleaned the engine bay, redid the radiator hoses, welded a frount crossmember brase, new radiator mounts, moved the firewall back more, moved the break line splitter thang, reinstalled the motor and hooked it up this weekend went to crank it over and turned over great... but forgot to put the festy ecu back on till I get my bp09 ecu, but when I put it on my starter gear inguage mechnasim broke.... so only thang I broke on the buld was the clutch cable and starter lol but ill post some pics but its just a bp swap so nothin you haven't seen before

Double check your inertia switch and power to it. I just put a fuel pump in mine. Winter coming on makes for a lot of repairs. New pump on eBay was 35 shipped

Sent from Kingston Ga from my hillbilly handheld
90 festy with 92 FI motor. Digital camo paint. BHAF. short throw. currently 47 MPGs
