        Matthew will look better in a couple of months. Greg, put up the pic of the engine bay after we cleaned it.

        The little cart was a lot of fun. Never been on one before. But it's amazing that someone as awesome-looking as me never takes good pictures.....

          You can get your 1/4 time without me. I don't need a time and don't want to abuse the clutch and tranny.

          Actually, if the B6 has a torque advantage, a roll-on would show that too. You would be beating me at first with torque, and then I should catch up with the greater HP. You should take it to the same dyno I did--another good comparison, and then factors like driver skill and tire weight wouldn't matter. Actually tire weight might still matter. What brakes are you running? I can probably loan you some light wheels/tires.

                    Someone PM'd me about how the torque is on the hwy; could I make it up hills without downshifting from 5th. In almost all cases I could; but some steep, long mountain sections made the drive uphill easier if I downshifted. to 4th, to get deeper into the powerband before returning to 5th. Power comes on at 2800 RPM, which is 70 MPH in 5th. I could do 80 up these steep roads in 5th as long as I got the RPMs up beforhand, in 4th.

                          Matthew is lookin' good in those pics. It wont help you to beat my Cujo, but it still looks nice!

                                I wanna know vacuum numbers. Since Matthews engine has better volumetric efficiency, in theory, it should get better fuel economy on the highway. Especially if it's showing more vacuum at set speed than a stock motor.
