Waiting for the engine. Can't do anything til I get it back. Then it will be a mad rush to finish wiring and get it on the road. I would say 95% done at this point if you don't count the engine. Highly doubt Madness will happen but I am still hopeful.
No more customizing to do. I have to finish the headliner and install all the parts that have to wait til the engine is in the bay. Pretty easy and straightforward stuff I guess. Damn I wanna make it to Madness!!!!-Bryant

Throw a temporary BP together to get it running and get any bugs worked out, then swap the monster motor in when she's done. Plenty of Festivas have driven to madness with thrown together BP's. A few days worth of spit polishing it and it'll look good in there too.Driving for me is neither a right nor a privilege. Driving is my passion, as it was for the people who invented the automobile, the people who paved the first roads and the people who continue to improve the automobile. Please respect this passion.

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

Excellent! This should be achievable by madness.Driving for me is neither a right nor a privilege. Driving is my passion, as it was for the people who invented the automobile, the people who paved the first roads and the people who continue to improve the automobile. Please respect this passion.

This summer has been spent 99% on things other than the car mostly because of the wait for the engine. Though it is looking like I will get it back before snow flies I will not have it out on the road til the weather breaks form the cold /rain/snow.
Cool pic of the pistons and such

no secrets. I just don't have any info other than what I told him I wanted. He said it will be an 8900rpm beast, run on pump gas, and will have it tuned on his dyno and ready to drop in when I get it. Will have a grocery tune, weekend tune, and a dyno day tune. That's pretty much all I got.-Bryant
