check out mah modified intercooler. I forget who I purchased it from. Now it has a engine bay air entrance and a bumper air exit. I also have a "RFL" blow off valve in there too. I got the turbo connected to my intake, made a couple low boost pulls at the shop parking lot.
I had a friend try that epoxy to hold in some aluminum brackets to hold on a catch can and it failed. Honestly, its to late now but i would try get it welded. Fingers crossed for you though!
I prepped it really well. And it has tons of mating areas. I would be highly surprised if it blew apart under modest boost. I'll probably make a new manifold before I get to 15lbs
Lets see some pictures of your setup! Stop teasing!

Just went thru the whole thread. I'm really curious about driver-side TB/VAF now; esp. how you got it to play nice with the brake master cylinder. I might prefer to go that route on my Aspire, and move the battery. Pics?

I don't thoroughly like it, but I did it that way because there just isn't enough room to pipe a turbo from factory b6t location, over to driver side for a intercooler, and then back over to the passenger side to meet up with the vaf and throttle opening. Technically my vaf is kinda resting on my brake fluid reservoir.

That's what it looked like to me too. Guess you could put some dense foam rubber on top of the reservoir to mitigate vibration; or better yet, a bracket for the VAF to hold it above the reservoir by 1/4-1/2" or so.

Yeah, need injectors working though, any ideas for a non op injector. It'd been sitting for a year at least
Cobble together a make shift injector cleaning bench. Be careful not to start yourself on fire like I did. If you do start yourself on fire then don't try to put it out with the can of carb cleaner, like I did. If you start your garage on fire and you are on fire it doesn't help to stop drop and roll like I did. If you're rolling in the flames that you created by spraying your flaming body with a flammable liquid after igniting the plume of hugh pressure flammable liquid on the bench with your deep cycle battery, you shouldn't be doing this. I now have stumps for arms and no eyebrows, but my injector works. :p

How do I convince it to move again though, high pressure fuel, spray some oil on the pintle
