ive been attempting to fix the A since that picture was taken. did some good clear coating over it all to keep the corners from peeling. hopefully it looks better on the car.

For some insane reason, if anyone finds themselves trying to install a aspire lower intake manifold into a festiva, the egr casting hits on the alternator bracing bracket. Not sure if this was common knowledge or not

Car porn, I got busy tonight and a nice clean sand blasted valve cover. I just couldn't paint it. No fuel injectors yet, I need to build a custom rail, good thing I love fabrication

Best reason for modification so far... fuel injectors are easyyyy to get to :-). And it really cleans up that disgusting iac clutter. I'm happy I ended up doing a driver side throttle body, it should really keep the intake clutter down, and give me tons of room for the mythical air water intercooler.... some day.

Two tires were roughly 50 percent tread, the other two were 90. The better of the tires were something exotic, neo something or others.

started work on the fuel rail. Pain in the butt, those rail mounts.

I need help from my fellow ff.com crew. For the life of me cannot pick out colors to powder coat my caliper/wheels. It has to go with my white blue combination the car already is. So I'd really prefer not another primary color, like green or red. I'd really like fluorescent/neon colors, but a person cannot do neon pink rims with neon pink brakes, or neon orange. Or could I. My goal is to make the car say "I'm a serious built race car, but damn that color combo in the wheels is obscene". But not like a 3 year old picked it out. So the rims must be fluorescent, so pick that color then match a caliper color up with that. Thanks. My favorite gets 5 dollar grand prize via pay pal.

My friend's scheme. He calls it "Drive-by Body Piercings". I don't know why.

Mine. He calls it "Terminator Orange".
