Cobble together a make shift injector cleaning bench. Be careful not to start yourself on fire like I did. If you do start yourself on fire then don't try to put it out with the can of carb cleaner, like I did. If you start your garage on fire and you are on fire it doesn't help to stop drop and roll like I did. If you're rolling in the flames that you created by spraying your flaming body with a flammable liquid after igniting the plume of hugh pressure flammable liquid on the bench with your deep cycle battery, you shouldn't be doing this. I now have stumps for arms and no eyebrows, but my injector works. :p

How do I convince it to move again though, high pressure fuel, spray some oil on the pintle

you can soak it in berrymans b12 and put shop air through it while cycling the injector at a minimum of 4 beats per second using a battery and a make shift jumper lead. If it still won't open with this technique, you've go a dead one. It's best to have an extra set of hands to help with this and don't aim the injector anywhere near the battery.

I keep B12 in my nightstand too! That stuff will wash anything you may have gotten on your bits n' pieces the night before!

Oh, and remove the screen in the top of the injector first. it may be clogged up. I usually replace the pintle caps and screens and put a new o-ring kit in the car. The parts are cheap cheap.

so i made maybe 6 pounds of boost. its kinda hard to foot limit your boost levels when the wastegate is wired shut. im trying to figure out if my fmu is working. i might need to open it back up and tweek a couple things. this engine setup will more that likely be running roughly 20 percent e85 gas, i needed my b6d injectors to run around 20lb of fuel pressure to mimic stock festiva flow rates, but i can only get it down to 24lbs of pressure.
