I replaced inner and outer tie rod ends and LCA's last april and may respectively. Im leaning towards a rack on its way out (it has no rubber boots, and the big boor where the column goes into the rack is also cracked) or bad bushings. The best way I can describe the feeling of the steering is when your going into a turn, it seems like your not turning it enough to make the turn, but in reality, you are. The frost heaves are getting horrible around here this time of year, so the way i drive, i most likely broke something, lol.

Moved the volt gauge, and tach off the top of the dashboard.
Only light on the cluster I can't see because of the tach is the rear defrost light, which isn't very important.
Also picked up some rubber insulation strips, and put some under the hood. (sometimes it rattles)
I also used the stuff on the rear speaker plastics on the mounting points, where the plastic touches the body of the car, and between the speakers and the plastics themselves. No more damned rattling when I got my music cranked up. Yay!

Huli, how did you manage to get the spokes going in opposite directions on the front wheel and rhe rear wheel? If it is like that on the other side too, you may want to consider a wheel switcheroo.
Installed new HLA's ( $7.00 each at Rockauto). Finished rebuilding a pair of front hubs and got the passenger side switched out. Ordered some longer studs for the front. When those arrive I'll get a couple of photos with them installed along with the 10mm hubcentric spacers I got earlier. I have my new summer tires mounted and balanced but still a bit early to put them on. Need the new studs anyway

Yesterday, I got it inspected. It failed for the parking brake hanging up and an exhaust leak. Hope to fix both problems today.
