        Since its G series, well see if my mFactory will work. I cant see why not. Actually banking on it working, just waiting to get the BP before I get the tranny.

          if you use a trans from a capri xr2 you can usually find a 5th gear swap for it. lowers the rpm by 500 in high gear

              Better ask Zoomzoom first. I think he tried it and found it didn't work. Best check before you waste time or energy on it.

                ^ yea I tried with a 02 rio 5speed, the differential ring gear has the wrong number of bolt holes in it.

                    Yea I still have it, don't want to sell it but if your close you can swing by and pick it up lol.. The fifth gear cover is still off it, bolts are there.

                          hey guys I asked on a couple places now I need to know if the rio trans fits in a 97 aspire I know there rear mount is different in the aspires, what would I need to make everything work
