I was struggling to lock axles back into my stock manual transmission after an engine swap and at some point after multiple ins/outs/light hammering they have stopped even going inside as deep as they used to go in! It was 1/4" out while I was struggling and now it is 3/4" out! And as soon as I have realized things got worse I've got a flashback regarding Haynes manual, broom handles and "differential gears"
