    How do i set cam timing marks at 12 and 3 but how do i know when block it tdc? Use the timing mark on the pulley?

        once you remove the dust cover to the timing belt, you can peek down to the crank cog and there's a mark on it that lines up with a notch on the oil pump body (helps to have a good flashlight). use that mark for TDC.
        Trees aren't kind to me...

        currently: 2 88Ls (Scrappy and Jersey), 88LX, 90L(Pepe), 91L, 91GL (Skippy) 93 GL Sport (the Mighty Favakk), 94 (Bruce) & 95 Aspire SEs, 97 Aspire (The Joker),

                The ign timing in Denver might have to be set differently than Florida if you can't find the barometric connector.

                      Patience. Little power is right 35mph out of Denver... for 7 miles, 85 mph on the down hills. think the cop will buy average speed limit argument?

                            That it's running at all on long trips makes me still think timing--either cam or ignition. This should be easy.

                              I think putting the degree wheel on both the crank and the cam will turn up some
                              marks that are simply wrong. Setting the ignition advance curve inside normal
                              limits should complete it.

                                choke,s stuck probably get another choke,or see if u,can get a weber dgv conversion fromPIERCE MANIFOLDS. weber dgv,s have no emission lines. when u,change or switch engines and carbs,you re flying on your own. any good mechanic,from a garage could help u. u just gotta find one.carb needs set up right. emission lines place d in proper plaves. is your vacumn advance hooked up? sorry you are flying blind.
