        I'm using a stock bp26 cast exhaust manifold with a t3 welded to it. It has an intercooler

            That bp26 manifold is surely a huge restriction.
            91GL BP/F3A with boost
            13.79 @ 100, 2.2 60' on 8 psi and 155R12's

                    Not so much a restriction in flow, but it doesn't provide a proper tune length, nor transition into the turbine. For a Festiva though, it's plenty. There isn't much space for a proper manifold and using 400whp would be an engineering feat with a BP in that light of a car.
