The engine bay still has dirt and undercoating. It will get cleaned up of course. Plus the wiring will be minimized and tucked after the car is up and running.

.755 5th gear set (thanks azgtx) ready for install. Also have a .717 set coming from Jake in the form of another tranny. That'll probably be better given the amount of HP planned.

I know they are just Daisy wheels but will be pretty cool after some powder coating and a little machining. I am pumped about these.

MSII also from Jake. plus the small laptop that will find its way into the car in the form of a mount on the pass side of the center console. Tune while at red lights or whatever. No tuning while driving cause that would be illegal. lol

New (not reman'ed) set of the very large EMPI G-series axles. They have just been sitting in a car outside for a long while. They will also get the powder coating treatment.

'05 Rio knuckles ready for new rotors, bearings and later on powder coating too.

just for comparisons sake. Festiva vs. XR2 (top)

99% of the dirt seen in the fender wells was from me getting the car into the garage from the driveway. Jake and I trailered it home from Eastern PA in full snow storm with salt everywhere. I hated it since in 21+ years it was the first time the car had seen anything like it. I felt bad for it the whole way. LOL

lol. Sat night and Sun is good and that invite goes to anyone that wants to come. The boys can sleep on the floor. That frees up 2 beds. Clean sheets of course.

I'm off that saturday! Maybe I'll have to make a trip out of it, I don't know too much as far as engines and what not, but I could give a little manpower.

Meets at my house are likely to be time to hang out, talk Festivas, tell car stories, drink beer, and have a good time. I love all the support and any and all help is appreciated. This build is very special to me and I like to be the one doing most of the wrenching. Welding, parts modifying, and stuff like that, are the kind of things I do during the week and on my time on weekends. Please, EVERYONE, do not take offense if I don't want to get into anything too big with lots of people around. I get very anxious (and I do take meds for that LOL) that's why that kind of work will be done at a slower pace with fewer people around.

I just want to say that up front so there will be no surprises when we are all together.

So, Saturday the 22nd and Sunday the 23rd are the days to be here. I will supply the Mich-Ultra (Mmmmmm BEEEEEEEEER!!!!!!), Kool-Aid, water and sweet tea. Bring your own food. If you are spending the night bring sleeping bag and pillow (2 couches and plenty of floor space). Jake has dibs on Mason's bed. Matt has dibs on Nash's bed. Of course clean sheets. I have Cheerios for breakfast

There is a Pizza place and a mom-and-pop type Grill both within walking distance from the house, and a Subway 6 minutes away. Anything else is about 15-20 minutes and the choice is yours from there.

LMK if you plan on coming down. Again, EVERYONE is invited.

Just curious to know if they're adjustable and are they compatible with/ or are you going to mod to work with edfc/edfc active setup.. This ride looks and sounds killer

Are these the demio model containing DW3W or DW5W in the serial number?
