The motor is fully disconnected. Tomorrow it will be on the ground. The intake tubing has been modified. If the intake was left as it was it would have hit the brake MC. I trimmed 1/2" off each side. That way when i move the motor ove the pipe will remain in its same position as now. I will have to move the radiator over as well to make room for the turbo as it moves over. All the wiring and other stuff will move without issue. It should be rather easy to gt the motor moved.
The top mount is just angle iron. I will replace with a larger section of angle iron with holes 1/2" further away. The front lower mount is actually kind nice. It will be easy to chop off the uprights add a plate trim the uprights down a hair and weld to the plate 1/2" to the side. The rear mount is gonna suck. I will have to fully remake it. No clue what the plane is yet tho. Currently its only mounting to one of the 2 mounting bolts.
Also i will pack the mounts with window install urethane to stiffen them up but still remain flexible.
If i get all that done (i wont) ill move on to the mfactory diff install. While the motor is out i will add some fresh white paint to give it a new look.
gonna be a long weekend.
