Today I gave Trixie a thorough cleaning inside and out.
I also removed the inside and outside front door window seal strips, cleaned them and coated them with spray silicone.
I also sprayed silicone in the window channels. The power windows had began to get a little sluggish and now they
zip up and down nicely again.

Try 99% isopropyl alcohol. If that doesnt work go to an autobody store and buy gunwash.

    Drove it.

Met Jawa Jim in Beckley, WV on his way to Shadetree's.

After swapping out the radiator and distributor with ones I had in the garage, I drove the recently acquired Vegas Festiva on an nearly 1000 mile jaunt. The water pump is leaking and a wheel bearing is now going out.

Installed new KYB Kia Rio struts/mounts on the 93 5 speed. Much improved the steering and handling but the ride feels a bit choppy. Also swapped in a rear hatch with defog and wiper.

Not so much as a "what have I done" but more of a "what I got" for my festy.
Look at the classic reading porn I brought home.
