My first time ever putting it up in the air, so I tried to be smart about it. Emphasis on 'tried'.

Yup! Everything bolted on exactly like the original; just tweaked one brake line to reach.

Well I replaced the MC with a stock Festy one but I really don't like the pedal feel (aspire brakes)so I ordered an Escort one. Not looking forward to doing that whole process all over again. Also bought a new flasher unit. Mine is less than reliable.

Need to fix my leaking heater core hoses. It never ends!

The new trailer I got has a lawn care type rear ramp. It is like a parachute on the highway. I am playing with tongue weight on the car and having the ramp on a double support laid down but not flat to haul more stuff, without the aerodynamic drag. So far it looks like an easy way to jack the car up lol.

My floor jack finally got here.

Old crusty failing master cylinder vs shiny new Escort GT mc.

Old blackened brake fluid flushed out, new in and bled for air on all four wheels. Brake pedal is niiiiiice now.

Yesterday I replace the WS washer pump on Trixie with one that I had pulled at the junk yard a couple of year ago.
The old one looks perfect but it stopped working a few weeks ago. [IMG][/IMG]

I checked rockauto and I could get a new one shipped to me for $14.87. Would have to attach my connector wire though.

No not bolt on. Youll have to enlarge the holes where the mirror mounts on the door. Not too bad though. Took maybe 10 min a door.

I took the ATV tires off until mid November. Street tires may wear longer but sure are rough riding through our chuck holed and cracked up streets. The recent lift sure makes these cars easy to ingress - egress especially while having to endure therapy for a crushed disk. Having to move many vehicles everyday I appreciate how easy these cars are to use. Nothing like feeling your face relax and a smile form as you glimpse work in your rear view!!
