It is pretty terrible. I just couldn't figure out how to weld between the closer runners.

Brian, it looks great, I never got the hang of it, so I stay in the machine shop!
Take a tip (or two) from David Vizard, the bell of the trumpets should be a 270 degree turn, and the throat taper should be 1.1 to 1.
You are on a roll !

I realize 3 degree taper is optimal, but I cannot replicate that with my current equipment

Yes! But they can often be had quite cheaply or even free

half inch radius on the left, 5/16 on right. I wanna see flow differences between the two

this manifold has the same length and size runners as the factory, along with a very similiar plenum volume. but the shape of the runner port, and the angle of the plenum will have a great effect on velocity to the cylinder. rounded intake runners have been tested (not by myself) to increase air flow by 20 - 25% compared to a cut off pipe sucking air. the tapered plenum insures the velocity/density of the air at cylinder 1 and cylinder 4 stay similiar. for equal filling of cylinders.

radiused entry into plenum throttle body pointing at cylinder 1 to mitigate turbulence of air making sharp bend, check. 15 degree angle, I didn't measure it.
