Where would you like the throttle body?

I'd like to do a valve cover throttle body on the b6t. That'd be best fir factory replacement, but with intercoolers, routing tubing over the valve cover probably won't be your best bet. I think bp and turbo b engines should be driver side throttle bodies. It allows more room for pipe routing that way

Passenger side. The tb needs to angle up so it can go up and around the timing gears.

I bought a 5.0 tb aluminum flange and a 3in aluminum donut to help us get a tight radius but I don't know if there would be a better option? Maybe set the throttle body back more?

That's a tricky one. Are you stuck on using that side of the engine bay?

What about using a 180-degree silicon connector to make it go back over the intake?

                That'd kinda ruin the point...

Got my plenum pipe in. The 3 furthest away are 3, 3.5, and 4. Aka b3, b6, and bp sized

Now to figure out what diameter tube makes this oval

Measure the widest and narrowest points and find the average. That should be the right diameter.
Any difference that makes no difference is no difference.

Looking good. Here is a intake I bought long ago but can't use.

I have some clean, functional, sporty but common looking manifolds lined up for everybody. I'd like to make them the right price so that tons of people can afford one, but it keeps me interested by making enough money. I'm starting production tonight. B3 is up first. What ratio of aspire to festiva b3s do we have in our population. Maybe half and half?

Plate that end and weld the tb flange to the other end. Way easier
