is the car running on MS right now or are you putting it in the same time as the itb's?

Right now the car is in a shop at the family farm 2 1/2 hours away waiting for the snow to go away. The ms has a base map for a n/a bp or turbo bp on it already.

be aware of vaccum leaks! it took a buddy of mine and me a longggg time to figure out why his fe3 miata was running so poorly on home-made ITB's.

are you going to make this into a race car

Very impressive... love watching this build thread, for sure! Hard to believe you got all that squeezing between the head and the firewall, though!

Well I have a bit more than 11 inches to work with and this is a bit over 10 so I may have to get creative and shorten the stacks #$@!

Ouch. IIRC, those aren't cheap either. The stacks, I mean.

                            Sweet looking though.

one more option you have is to get some little air filters from a gsxr or somthing... from what i remember they have little velocity stacks inside the filter...

OR you could chop off the horn and weld in 45* mandrel bends... this will allow you to keep the stacks AND provide more torque by having a longer runner.
