Overkill is running pretty good now. I had to swap out the BOV. The one that came on the car was seized causing turbo surge. All is well with that now. boost is coming on quick and building all the way up to 25psi. I have not pushed past 20 much tho. The street tires cant hold it. When in 2nd and or 3rd and i get into the power i can gas it and make them spin. Brake boosting in 2nd is a no go on these tires. I will order some once i finally have the car all set up...(someday)1990 (LUCIFER 2.0) fully built BP+T with E153, Fueltech FT500, traction control with hopes of 600hp (i drank to much of the KOOL-AID)

I found out i have a bad ball joint/LCA. I know i also have a bad ball joint on Lucifer as well. I ordered 4 all new LCA's. I have just changing one thing like that. If its a pair i like to change as a pair.
Not sure how much the LCA is gonna help overkill but i know its gonna help some. On and off throttle i a torque steer. its slight but its there. The one ball join has about that much slop in it. So im thinking this will one of the last few things in order to fix up the front end.
I will be swapping on my rio rack this weekend as well so ill have new tie rods as well.1990 (LUCIFER 2.0) fully built BP+T with E153, Fueltech FT500, traction control with hopes of 600hp (i drank to much of the KOOL-AID)

Mike, while your doing that, replace the inner control arm bushings with SuperPro poly bushings. If you're planning on running the car on R compound tires, you'll displace those stock rubber ones. I think Ben sells those bushings (Nonamekid) through the Festiva store. They can be a PITA to press in, but totally worth it.

Also looking at the store's items i see a bp int. shaft adapter plate. I dont have any adapter on the car now that i can recall. Is this a problem or even possible?1990 (LUCIFER 2.0) fully built BP+T with E153, Fueltech FT500, traction control with hopes of 600hp (i drank to much of the KOOL-AID)

If it's got a Capri/323gt IM shaft, you'd need to have an adapter plate, unless there's some other way I don't know of. If it's got a Rio passenger side axle, no plate is needed.1990 (LUCIFER 2.0) fully built BP+T with E153, Fueltech FT500, traction control with hopes of 600hp (i drank to much of the KOOL-AID)

What is the better way to run it? IM shaft and short axle or long rio axle?1990 (LUCIFER 2.0) fully built BP+T with E153, Fueltech FT500, traction control with hopes of 600hp (i drank to much of the KOOL-AID)

The IM shaft is technically always better, but I never had issues with my Rio shaft. Supposedly the unequal length axles should cause torque steer but I never noticed.91GL BP/F3A with boost

The longer axle would cause wheel hop before TQ steer. Wheel hop then leads to TQ steer. The Rio axle setup would be lighter. I can't comment on it's performance, as I haven't tried the Rio setup yet.Driving for me is neither a right nor a privilege.
