Arty and I had to replace mine because of what we suspected to be this issue. So should I just plan on a trans swap? What trans should I upgrade to when I boost the b6?

you can use the E series as long as you roll on the throttle. the tires will brake loose well before the trans does in that case.

Do you guys think An f should hold a boosted bp with a good clutch?

                    depends on how much boost.

Let's say 20 psi.(of course there's alot of variables) I'm talking about a disk style clutch, I figure a puck would just make things go bang!

clutch material doesn't matter so much as it's engaugement (i.e. use a sprung hubed disk).

I used a 6 puck ceramic on a N/A bp and I couldnt get it to slip at all. Not sure if it would be ideal on 20psi.

why wouldn't it? as long as it doesnt slip and doesn't slam the input shaft, you're good to go.
