Rebuilt my turnsignal switch that wouldn't cancel. I used a piece of metal and some Gorilla Glue.

Did a complete tune-up minus fuel filter... and plug wires. Ordered the wrong ones and they won't be in until Thursday.
Yesterday got my HUGE exhaust leak fixed (read: no exhaust), as the manifold cracked off right at the bottom. I kind of miss the loud exhaust, though.. I had two stoplight Chevy S-10 races, and won one of them!

Realized why my temp gauge isn't working by searching the forums a bit... Apparently it needs to be grounded. And I used thread seal tape on it.
Easy fix!

Also, I brought it to work yesterday. Front end feels super nice and tight, despite being horrendously out of alignment. After an alignment it should be GREAT! A/c was nice too :p

Then I took out my wing window on the passenger side and through that window I retaped the hose to the hanger and routed it across the top of the hood. Took some trial and error, but I finally got it to the nozzle!

Went junkyarding looking for aspire swap parts. Drove 110 miles one way because they said they had 2 complete aspires..... Wrong. They had 3 aspires with nothing on the front, and only one bent rear axle. I got pretty mad, but than my 3 year old son pointed out that there was a car just like daddys, lol. They actually had an 88 and a 90 festiva. 75 bucks later I have a full manual belt set up. Trim panels and all. I would have taken the headliner, but We showed up half an hour before the yard was going to close. Sorta made my trip worth while.

Any steel tab can be welded onto the bottom of the air cleaner snorkel. tx, you will notice, I cut off the reed valve assembly and the tubes from underneath my air cleaner. It sure makes it look a lot neater.
