        • I had the car on the lift, started it this morning after I let it sit all night with the oil pan sealing and officially found the leak it's leaking on the left ear on the oil pump right where the alternator bolt is I brake clean the area and use some ultra gray but it still leaking.

I guess the correct way to fix it is to take the oil pump off clean and install new gaskets

I'm not sure I'm going to do that right now kinda mad at the entire situation

                        • Worked on the parts car aka Silver Streak. Checked the brakes and bleeded the brakes. Brakes look ok for another 3000 to 5000 miles, then will need changed. I want to do an Aspire swap, but no such luck finding what I need. It will just have to wait till after April when I take this to N.C. for a B6 swap that Paul will help me on.

                          • Put the ebrake bracket that attaches to the gas tank back on so the cable is no longer flopping around on the beam, and zip tied the brake hoses to the beam until I can get aspire hoses, since those were flopping around causing noise too (Nobody seemed to mention that the Festy ones are too big for the aspire beam) So I didn't take them. Then again, I didn't read and writeups because it was so simple.

                            • Put on some smoothie taillights, and fixed a noise the rear strut was making, turns out I put the metal disc thing on wrong iand it was rubbing the inside of the strut tower. Also while the struts were disconnected I put some antiseize on the lower bolts.
