Got my flat/dead tire pulled off rim & cleaned up all the fix a flat off it. Gonna sand & paint it tomorrow :thumbright:

Pulled some Blaupunkt TS 4" dash speakers for my car, and some two point rear belts to make installing the car seat base easier. Also got a couple of parts for other members. Still no windshield yet though lol.

I've got 2 hydraulic jacks but one loses pressure like you say yours does, the other is just wore out completely, bother duralast jacks from azone, 3-5 years old, they probably just need lube but I don't trust them because they do lose pressure. As much as I'm under our vehicles I hope she got my point today about the jackstands. Thankfully, I had the tires blocked, and it kept it from straight rolling on top of me in a heartbeat. Maybe now she understands why I constantly yell at her boys when they get near me while I'm working on a suspended vehicle. I don't have any cinder blocks or stumps or anything in my tiny yard to use either, trust me I've been trying to get something for awhile now, granted it never was top priority.
She was actually in the garage port about 20 feet away and came screaming at me asking if I was ok when she heard it hit the ground.
Really, there's no one to blame but myself, I shouldn't mess with it unless it's "secure" but at the same time I have to do what I HAVE to do, and I don't have the $ to pay someone else to do it.

Got the wifey's new Festiva running good, threw on some tires, intermediate pipe, muffler, cap, rotor, wires, wiper blades and painted up all three wiper arms. Took it for a ride tonight and it is a shweet little car. Got it right just in time to take the kids back to school on Thursday.

^ I like it! Didn't do much more than drive mine to Terre Haute. Yesterday I changed the oil and put plugs on some of the extra vacuum ports.

Went to the JY and picked up an aspire spare. Made a new ventless grill, I still need to make brackets and cutouts for my hids.

Fabbing up a sub box, nearly blew the car up/burnt down carport.
Note to self; spray on body deadener is HIGHLY flammable when wet...
I thank God I had an extinguisher in the car!!
Meanwhile the box is turning out well.

Drove it.
Noticed a little bit of smoke at start up.
I guess that's where my oil is going....

Installed my rear mud flaps. Finally got around to welding in a stud to mount my center belt to for my harness. Rigged up a holy crap strap for the passenger (they need it the way I drive). Removed some stickers that had been on the car since I got it. And installed a mounting plate for my in car camera setup.
I have a few more things to get done tomorrow. Need to go to the JY and pick up an aspire spare. Might make a new upper grill and install my hid driving lights behind some cutouts rather than sticking out the front like they are now. Also, I need to pre-register for the Delaware park rally-x on Sunday!

Swapped in my Escort wiper gear into the motor I bought from Skim a while back... maybe this weekend I'll get around to cutting a hole in my hatch and installing it
