I bought aftermarket walmart stop/tail/turn lights, robbed the sockets out, and did a little splicing/soldering/jbwelding, and done.

I bought mine on Amazon. The nut kit is "tuner" style. Each nut is keyed and requires a special socket. I got deep ones to fit long studs in case I have to use spacers with aftermarket wheels. The nut kit was about $25. It was for 5 lug cars so I have four spares.

Turned my park lights into park/turn lights, installed fog lights in turn signal holes and cut two coils from all the springs.
I like the graphics kit, even though it is upside down

The ones he has might work for you. My friend has similar to those on his s10 with aftermarket wheels. And the holes are small and they recess a bit too.
